From 2015 to 2019 I ran my company under the name Het Kruidenpalet (The Herbal Palette). In the early years I shared my collected recipes in a blog, intended as inspiration for the use of Churna’s & other spice blends. The recipes are mostly based on Indian, Ayurvedic and Vedic cuisine. Here and there I make a trip to other continents. I love to use vegetables of the season and as regional as possible. Dutch vegetables in Indian recipes, where West & East meet.
