Billing information

We use Etsy’s secure payment environment for your order, subject to compliance with Etsy’s Seller Policies and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and the Terms of Use.

Etsy will process your payment for us. The invoices you receive from us are made and sent to you by Etsy. Please note that Etsy’s use of your information use their own terms of use and Privacy Statement. If desired, you will receive an invoice for your own administration. It says next to name, address, telephone number, e-mail address also date, invoice number, invoice amount and a description of the purchased products.

Atelier Annette van der Swaluw does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. It refers to decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example an employee of Atelier Annette van der Swaluw) in between.

Atelier Annette van der Swaluw does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Every entrepreneur is legally obliged to keep records for 7 years (taxretention obligation). Billing number in combination with your personal data (name, address and place of residence) belong to your privacy and this data is also carefully stored.

Atelier Annette van der Swaluw does not pass on your information to third parties for commercial purposes and do not share your information in any way with third parties outside the parties that are described in this privacy statement.

We store your personal data carefully. On the website, the data that you sent to us pass via a secure connection (SSL).

Atelier Annette van der Swaluw does not use cookies or similar techniques. If you’ve signed up for the (news)letter, we’ll (e)mail you to make sure you can receive what we promised you. We process this data for as long as you are on our mailing list. You can easily unsubscribe from all or part of communication by sending an email or card with your request to unsubscribe. As soon as you have unsubscribed from our services, we will remove your data within 6 months. You cannot unsubscribe from communications and emails that are necessary to complete the purchase process, otherwise we may not be able to provide (part of) the services and products.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
